Our Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for or using the EyeOS Hospital Management System, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a hospital or clinic, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

2. SaaS License

EyeOS grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our software-as-a-service platform for your healthcare facility's internal operations.

3. Hospital Responsibilities

As a healthcare provider, you are responsible for:

• Obtaining necessary patient consents for data processing.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of staff login credentials.
• Ensuring the accuracy of medical data entered into the system.
• Complying with all applicable healthcare regulations in India.

4. Service Availability (SLA)

We aim for 99.9% uptime for the EyeOS platform. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance and will typically occur during low-usage hours.

5. Termination

You may terminate your subscription with a 30-day notice period. Upon termination, EyeOS will provide a full export of your clinical data in a standard format (CSV/JSON) to ensure continuity of care.
